" Yellowtails caught in winter are so esteemed by anglers because of the combination of power and aggressive fight along with their delicious flavor. Wild yellowtails are sometimes infested with Philometroides seriolae, a parasitic nematode, which never infests humans but deteriorate the commercial value of the fish. We’ve never found the nematode in cultured yellowtail in Kagoshima."
