• Student Identification Card
  Please access to resistration system of “Gakumu Web Portal site” for getting Student Identification card just after you enter Kagoshima University. If your address, mail and guarantees has changed, notice to upload your data.
• Leave for absence, Quite school
  You need to get a permission when you go to leave for absence or quite school.
  
• School absence
  You must notify attached with a medical certificate or detailed statement of the reasons when you leave from school more than 3 weeks.
• Certification
  You can get a certification as below by automatic issuing machine placed at entrance of Building 4.
  School identification, Qualification for a student discount, Graduation certificate(Expected), Academic transcript.
